Go to the “Phone Settings” tab in the Viking IP Programming application, and enable “In-Band Audio Call Progress” at the top of the second column.

When a visitor at the Viking IP phone calls me, I am able to dial the code to open the door for them. If I call the extension of the Viking IP phone, the IP phone answers but when I try to dial the code to open the door, it doesn’t open.

We had a phone system with a page port but have since got rid of the phone system and now have a VOIP system with an ATA. I purchased a PI-1A but it doesn’t seem to work with my ATA. Any help?
