What ports do the Viking IP products use to communicate?
The Viking IP phone is trying to dial a phone number outside the phone system and hangs up after one ring. Is there a way to fix this issue?
When a visitor at the Viking IP phone calls me, I am able to dial the code to open the door for them. If I call the extension of the Viking IP phone, the IP phone answers but when I try to dial the code to open the door, it doesn’t open.
A Viking entry phone (i.e. E-30-IP) calls another internal IP phone. (extension 300). If extension 300 doesn’t answer the call, the entry phone repeatedly calls ext. 300 again - indefinitely.
I have a C-2000B with four E-30 call boxes. The C-2000B is in the “Analog Station” mode (DIP Switch 5 = ON), dial-tone connected to screw terminals 6 and 7. The E-30’s are programmed.
