It is possible to upload a WAV file to these intercoms so it will be played when an outgoing call is placed - especially to alert authorities as to the origin of the call in an emergency situation.
Follow these guidelines:
These files SHOULD have all metadata removed
Mono, 8 or 16-bit PCM
8 kHz sampling rate
OR strange errors, or lockup in the Viking programming tool will occur.
