On units manufactured on or after 2016, this setting can be changed in programming location: #57 (1 or 2 digits)
Units manufactured before this time don't expose this setting. Trying to access #57 will return 3 beeps (indicating error).
We do sell an updated micro with firmware version "C2KC v1.0" for $30.00 that adds this feature and CallerID to older units.. This IC is field-serviceable and can be ordered from our Tech Support department @ 715-386-8666.
