Programming tool displays "File Read Error" popup after selecting a local WAV file to upload to the clock.
Audio files must conform to the following specifications:
bitrate: 11/22/or 44.1kHz
bit depth: 16-bit
mono or stereo (only left channel will be played )
Also, ANY Metadata in the file will cause the read error.
Using a tool such as Audacity, open the file, Export to a new file - Edit the Metadata and click "Remove" to clear ALL the fields. Complete the export and upload that file into the CTG-2.
