We've had an AES-2000 installed at the front door of our apartment building for years and recently switched the telephone line that feeds the AES-2000 from a phone company line to a phone line from our local cable company. After making that change in phone service, we now have trouble sending any tenant changes through to the panel from the programming PC. If I am able to get beyond entering the security code and click on "upload all", it keeps trying to resend the data to the panel and eventually gives me a "retry limit". What can I do to program the panel?
