The K-1900-5 is producing the continuous touch tones as part of a “restriction” feature. The “restriction” feature of the K-1900-5 must be disabled in an application like yours, to eliminate the continuous touch tones. Access the programming mode of the K-1900-5 and dial “*02” to disable touch tone and flash restriction.
