This usually means the controller needs to be programmed into the “*5” mode (“dial 9 to access the outside line”). The description of this mode is found in the C-2000B product manual on page 12 under “Q. Outside Line Access”.
I am wiring a C-2000, C-2000A or C-2000B into a trunk port/FXO Port on my phone system and I get a constant clicking from the controller when I access that trunk port/FXO port. What does this mean? Print
