AES-2000 products have two versions: (10-digit or 12-digit dialing units)
(The settings in the AES programmer MUST match the unit version or this error will appear)
1. Open the AES Remote software
2. Select your unit’s name
3. Click on “Setup” and then “Parameters”.
3. On the “System Parameters” screen, there will be a check box for “12 Digit Dialing”.
4. Toggle the current setting.
5. Hit “Apply” and “OK”.
Attempt to connect and program the AES unit once again.
