When you open the AES Remote software and select your unit’s name, you need to click on “Setup” and then “Parameters”. On the “System Parameters” screen, there will be a check box for “12 Digit Dialing”. Check this box, hit “Apply” and “OK” and then try to program the unit again.
I have a new AES-2000 and when I try to connect with it to program it, I get a message that says, “No Data Received”. When I click “OK”, the unit disconnects. What am I doing wrong? Print
