(2 wires from the entry phone indicates this is similar to an E-30, for example).

Dial tone must be provided to the C-1000B on terminals 4,5.

(Only ONE entry phone is supported in this mode). Connect to “Doorbox 1” terminals 8,9.

Programming:

Configure the C-1000B for “Analog Station Mode”.  (This is described in the product manual on page 4, section H).

To access programming, connect a phone or butt set to terminals 4 and 5, set the “Talk Battery” switch to ON, turn DIP Switch 2 ON, and go off-hook.   2 beeps should be heard. (if this keeps repeating,  this feature has already been configured, STOP here).

After the 2 beeps, enter “*5”. 2 more beeps should be heard.  Hang up the phone or butt set, turn DIP Switch 2 OFF and the “Talk Battery” switch OFF.

Press the call button to test the operation and it should work properly.  The person that answers the call can dial “**” to operate the door or gate.
